These Terms of Use constitute an agreement between The Casing Boutique Pty Ltd ACN 153 338 642 (The Casing Boutique Pty Ltd) and you, the person who has accessed web pages and/or purchased Products under the domain (Website). Products means a good or service that is advertised on the Website.

By accessing or using the Website, including by ordering Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use (and any revisions of this Website), you should not use this Website and/or any information derived as a result of the use of this Website.


You may order Products by selecting the Products and submitting your order through the Website in accordance with these Terms of Use.

During your first order with The Casing Boutique you will be required to provide your email address and a password. You can then use this email address and password for all subsequent orders and/or to check the status of your order.

Any order placed through this Website for a Product is an offer by you to purchase the particular Product for the price notified (including the delivery and other charges and taxes) at the time you place the order.

The Casing Boutique may ask you to provide additional details or require you to confirm your details to enable The Casing Boutique to process any orders placed through the Website. Risk in the Products passes to you on the date and time of delivery to the delivery address. Title to the Products passes to you on the later of the date and time of:

Once you have placed your order it cannot be cancelled. The Casing Boutique does not offer change of mind returns, but will honour its obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.

The Casing Boutique may cancel any part of an order (including any orders that The Casing Boutique has accepted) without any liability to you for that cancellation at any time if:

  • the requested Products in that order are not available; or

If The Casing Boutique cancels an order, then The Casing Boutique will endeavour to provide you with reasonable notice of that cancellation, and will not charge you for the cancelled order if The Casing Boutique cancels it before the delivery date or if you are not at fault or in breach of these Terms of Use.


The Casing Boutique will charge you, and you agree to pay, the purchase price of each Product that is ordered and the delivery fee provided to you at the time you selected the relevant delivery window when placing your order.

All fees and charges and all prices for the Products include GST (as defined by New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth)) where applicable.


You must pay the fees and charges online when the order is placed.

If you wish to pay by Direct Debit you will be given the opportunity to supply your bank details as part of the order process.
